Information and Help Desk
There are information and help desks located in the Terminal 1 baggage reclaim area and in Terminal 2 where passengers turn towards the baggage reclaim area. Contact International Airport Paging and Information for more airport details. (tel: 210 207 3411).

Airport Facilities
Money and phone:
The airport offers ATMs and computer data port facilities. Telephones are situated opposite the baggage reclaim area in both terminals; they can be used to find hotel information and to contact car hire companies.
Eating and drinking: A number of restaurants are available at the airport.
Shopping: There are several gift shops available.
Luggage services: Lost property offices and a Skycap porter service are available.
Other facilities: The airport also offers a games room, shoeshine and airport chapel in Terminal 2. Emergency medical assistance is available 24 hours a day.

Conference and Business Facilities
A conference room is available to hire in Terminal 2 (before security); it provides computer modems, as well as markers and white boards (tel: 210 207 3450). The nearby Hilton San Antonio Airport (tel: 210 340 6060) also offers conference and business facilities, including a business centre and meeting rooms with audiovisual equipment for hire and secretarial services.

Disabled Facilities
Three lifts can be found in Terminal 1 and one lift in Terminal 2. All toilets are physically accessible; Terminal 2 is equipped with ramps; Skycap porters can provide a wheelchair service to help disabled passengers disembark aircraft. Telephones for the hearing impaired are also provided. Designated parking spaces for disabled drivers are available. Satrans shuttles are wheelchair-accessible.
